Our technologies let us create various arcs, outputs, outlet adapters, and many other shapes for any situation. Our products are made from our standard materials using the above-specified distribution components.

Where our products can be applied
Our systems are particularly suitable for public transportation. We design and deliver air distribution systems for metro cars, trams, trains, and buses. Similar requirements also apply to ships and airplanes, with their own specific demands. The unique properties of fabric diffusers are also excellent for the limited spaces in military vehicles.
In some cases, fabric ducts do not require any or only minimum attachment, as they are restricted by the vehicle’s construction and remain permanently in the correct position. Due to the fabric’s flexibility, it is usually necessary to attach the distribution components to form it into the required cross-section. We use enlarged strips inserted into profiles attached to the construction. One simple option relies on fabric loops made with Velcro. As well Velcro strips are frequently used to position certain parts of a duct. When selecting the attachment system, it is important to keep in mind easy installation or disassembly.

Main distribution system for public transport vehicles
Connectors are used to join not only different diameters, but also shapes. Fabric is especially suitable for this application as it is a flexible component that can be used in non-standard projects.
Insulated supply ducts
Using for decreasing temperature loss during transfer of conditioned air to the diffusers. The insulation comprises a 30mm non-woven polyester material sewn between two fabric layers. The manufacturing process compresses the original 30 mm lose insulation layer by 20 mm, reducing the finished product wall thickness. The maximum duct heat transfer coefficient is 1.5 W/m2/K.
A flexible element intended for spaces where using solid materials is not an option. It is also available as an insulated version to reduce heat loss. It can be made of any fabric type and is available in various sizes.
